How Does It Work?

It's this easy!
1. Step 1 - Sign up with your account name and create a password.
2. Step 2 - The ID verification process is next, and this must be completed before continuing.
3. Step 3 - We upload your property/ properties with just one URL or you can via the Properties tab on your dashboard. If you have several properties, simply email one Airbnb property URL or your Host URL (if you have a number of Airbnb accounts, I will need all the host account URLs) and your properties and your listings will be copied over.
How to refer depends on the level of service you want to offer your guest:
1. You can refer a number of ways:
- a. You fill in a brief Inquiry form (the button is on your dashboard) sharing the guest & stay details. You can add this form to your phone (Download the App or via Share an Inquiry above), both are found in the Menu above.
- b. With our new button, you can email the guest the Inquiry form by just filling in their name and email address.
- c. Or you can simply share your referral link, also found on your dashboard.

2. Guests will receive an email within seconds, with available property options.
The guest is tracked for 6 months within the Have You Got website. If they book ANY property on the website, the referrer will earn a commission, even if they book a completely different location.
Once they decide on a property and want to book, they pay a booking deposit fee at this point.
Assuming a 15% markup is added to your direct booking price on Airbnb, this is the booking fee the guest pays, (we match the same total price for the same stay on Airbnb), and for referral bookings, 5% will go to the referrer.
3. On payment of the booking fee, an email is sent to the guest informing them that the property manager will now take over the booking.
The successful manager will receive a Whatsapp notification of the booking and an email with all guest and stay details. Once PMS integration is completed, bookings will go straight into your PMS.
*If you have not registered or been verified, you will have to do this before receiving the details.
Another email goes to the referrer to let them know a booking was made from their Inquiry.
4. The successful manager proceeds with the booking according to their terms and policies, ie the booking is yours, just like it was a direct booking. It's yours.
5. If the guest is not a good fit for the property, or for any other reason, there is no penalty from Have You Got for a manager to cancel a booking, and the guest will receive a full refund of their booking fee.
If the booking is cancelled at any point between booking and check in, communication cancelling the stay with the guest must be shared (CC'd) with Have You Got.
6. The successful referrer receives their commission payment, at the end of the month of check in date.
