How Does It Work?
Once we get your local Network started, it's this easy!
1. Register providing contact and company details. Then there is an ID verification process that must be completed before continuing.
2. Upload your property details via URLs. Or provide property URLs in our spreadsheet (sent after Registration), and Have You Got will then upload them.
When the day comes and you have a guest you can't accommodate:
3. Fill in a brief Inquiry form providing the guest & stay details via the icon saved on your phone (Download the App) or via Share an Inquiry, both are found in the Menu.
That's all YOU have to do! Have You Got takes over now!
4. Guests will receive an email within a minute or two, with available & suitable property options.
The guest is tracked for 7 days within the Have You Got website. If they book ANY property on the website, the referrer will earn a commission, even if they book a completely different location.
Once they decide on a property they like and want to book, they pay a booking deposit fee at this point.
The booking deposit fee is 12.5% of the total price, of which 5% will go to the referrer. The total stay price is currently as per the total price on Airbnb (for this initial version), so the 12.5% is (should be) already accounted for (on top of direct rates), so managers still get their book direct rate. Integrations with PMS will come with growth, so pricing will be more accurate.
4. On payment of the deposit fee, a booking confirmation email is sent to the guest, one to the successful manager with all guest and stay details and another to the referrer to let them know a booking was made from their Inquiry.
5. The successful manager proceeds with the booking according to their terms and policies.
6. If the guest is not a good fit for the property, or for any other reason, there is no penalty from Have You Got for a manager to cancel a booking, and the guest will receive a full refund of their booking fee. If the booking is cancelled at any point between booking and check in, documentation/ communication must be shared (or CC'd) with Have You Got showing the communication between the Manager and the guest.
7. The successful referrer receives their commission payment, at the end of the month of check in date.
