My name is Deborah Labi, and I've been in the holiday rental industry for over 13 years. It always frustrated me when I had to turn away an inquiring guest because I didn't have a property to offer them. I don't know other agents and owners to have referred them to and I have turned away hundreds of guests over these 13 years.

So many times I kept hearing the words "have you got ...."  as I "asked" my non-existent network if they had a property for these guests. This is where the name came from. And then it dawned on me. Create the network! And the idea grew from there.

Being a creative type, I sat down one day, papers strewn all over the table, to design a system that could solve this problem. It had to be simple, thorough and efficient, and it should help and benefit everyone!

The vacation rental industry is going through some incredible growth.  We are being described on some sites as "not to be trusted", are being forced to work by rules and policies set by large corporations, and we will be paying even larger commissions soon enough. Lets change that!
